Returning for Replacement and Refund

Considering the particularity of our products, include extra charge totally value. Generally we do not accept refund agreement, if you have special requirements, please contact us in advance.

If you need retailer package please INFORM us details before delivery. 
1.  Quality Issues:

1.  If our staff found the quantities of merchandise we send to you is un-correct what you have ordered, we'll re-send free to you with no extra charge.
2.  If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be recorded and send back with no resend to you.

2.  Services Errors:

If we have made any mistake to send you color/model what was ordered, we'll take responsable to resend free items.

3.  Order Size/Color Errors:

If the color of the delivered covers is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full Items re-send. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by one's display monitor.)

However, any order errors regarding size/color that were made during purchasing of our products will not be eligible for resends free. In this case, we can provide a new order service with best price in your next order. With customers confirm totally payment, your order is normally done in 7 working days.

Order Cancellations

We'll guarantee before your payment and order confirmed within 48 hours, your order cancellation on website, we'll have contact you for detail records and offer reasonable corresponding measures.

Overdue Products

If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time statedand arrives late, but not by more than 15 days, you will be eligible for free samples (according to your order quantities).
